We ship all orders throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked or another trusted courier service, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Free UK Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 0–1 business day

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Same-Day Dispatch

We aim to dispatch eligible orders on the same day according to the following schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK Time) are usually dispatched the same business day.

  • Saturday: Orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK Time) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Sunday & Bank Holidays: Orders will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that same-day dispatch is not guaranteed during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or other promotional events.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress through the courier's tracking system.


Delivery Delays

Although we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

LuxuryDealMart.online is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Remote Areas & Postcode Exclusions

Some remote areas within the United Kingdom, including parts of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and other offshore locations, may experience longer delivery times.

Certain courier services may also have limited weekend delivery availability for specific postcodes.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available to receive the parcel,

  • The address is incorrect,

  • The parcel is refused,

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Any additional shipping costs for resending returned parcels may be the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the parcel and product

  • A description of the issue

This allows us to investigate and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
