For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Please note that all perfumes sold on our website are A+ Quality Inspired Versions and are not original designer fragrances.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Proof of Delivery

Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages

LuxuryDealMart.online is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier but later reported as lost or stolen.

Any delivery issue should be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.


Return & Refund Conditions
